Sir...this is human mind...not all minds think the same or have the same taste... This is the reason why there is so much variety in a showroom but only 5-6 nos.of each variety... Hope I am right.

Students involvement and engagement as part of their higher education is .. 
-  Minimum, Wasteful, Fruitless and Harmful ! !  

1. What education does to the best people at their best of the age in life..?

- It loots you makes you financailly bankrupt

- It  wastes considerable and best part of your life,  your energy, effort, talent, time and life

- It  makes you SELF LESS ..  loosing Freedom,  It imparts  and inculcates gulami

2. What education asks  the students  to do ? 

99 % people say  'If  You want to Learn.. and  for that You need to Spend ..

Remaining 1 % rarely say ' You Earn'.? Academics  is planned in such a way that you cannot  earn even single rupee ,  Further, You are told to believe that  any  earning the students make out of their learning  will spoil the  learning

-  This is what I call  IMPOVERISHED THINKING..

- How it is possible to  econoically sustain  such a way of  learning ? How one can  continue to understand, apply, think  unless earning is an outcome of Learning ? How long such a learning  can survive with the funding of others ?   Who will come forward to fund learning continuously  ? How much they last to  fund ? Why the learning must survive this dependent way ? For how many learners   this dependent way of funding last . when there is no earning ?

-  How to prove  learning  is  EFFECTIVE unless, it is proved its worth through its use ?

- How  come ' Earning through Learning ' turns out to be a irrelevant act  ?  Why not Earning through Learning cannot be a rigorous method of learning ?

- Simply stop financing these academics who spend rampantly of the public money without counting on the EARNING side. Then they will understand this.Yes.. I feel this is the only method to make these people to understand this fact of life..

Primary purpose of Student is Learning.. Not selling and doing anything other than  Learning .


The  CHIEF PURPOSE of  SELLING the LEARNING is for LEARNING  . 

Learning is primarily done for .

-- Application of knowledge that is  already acquired and practice the skills and develop attitudes 
-  Acquisition of new knowledge 

-  Generation of VALUE so as to support financailly the  learning 

--- Selling is NOT for other than LEARNING.

On behalf of the  thousands the Mandians - Students and Mumbai Mandi Consumers ..NGOs,  Today's program is validation of what we at NITIE are doing for the last 12 yrs .. as a program called.. Mandi .
I m happy to report to the august audience  that a minimum of 10,000 Mandi students claim to have graduated as Mandians , 40,000 Grahaks in Mandi claim availed Mandi service, another 30- 40 thousand would have witnessed when Mandi was happening, another 40,000 people would have over heard the concept of Mandi ..

I am confident that Mandi will flew in all directions ..

I infer that your physical presence for Mandi flag off is an indication that there is DHUM hai in the idea of Mandi  has DHUM ..!

We at NITIE surely want to change the world. But we also know that we are small and tiny. Hence, we can pick up small and tiny things . But we at NITIE execute  so  TINY things in an magnificent way. .. Edn some where something is wrong..

All issues are related to one single .. mudda.. education..

We at NITIE dont change the  WHO:E world .. We chose to make innovations in small and tiny quarters where it is critical. Consequently, sure, Our academic brothern will  realize the innovaitons, and also embrace it in due course . will t fast improvements .. methods . We at NITIE only demonsrate with valid proofs  that the innovations academic needed.

Unfortunate that Education is most neglected mudda.. It is one of the issues out  of  100 points of the Milineum Goals ..We are NITIE believe it is the first issue to be addressed to solve all the remaining issues the humanity is facing .

I deem today one more historical day in the annals of higher education learning . For the last 10 years every year Mandi program is unvailed this way . Hundredsa and thousands of youth prong on and embrace to Mandi mode of doing ..

Forgotten Mission .. Education to ALL.. Our Mission is

Time has come for  education to make paradigm shift ..

- to think  categorization of people in education Knowledge givers and receivers.... Erase the difference.. . enable all stake holders as great learners..and it is the great learners a source of learning  .. stake holder ..

- Time has come to dismantle the walls between research, teaching and extension. Education and academics for its own well being !

-  Time to .. wait for the time ..

-  Stop imposing the agenda of others, other people, and other nations  on the learners .. Let education is designed to. listen to the students what they want to learn, how want to learn, where, when and how much, and how they want to learn ,

-  Time to jettison.. Standing feets of others , Sitting on shoulders of others , lying in the lap of others , It is the time to reduce the NIRBARATHA to zero .. Charity / philanthropy  / dependency of learning on others  ... to make them self reliant , self organised, and self managed..

- Time to get driven by the experts and intellectuals and  few  knowledgable people .. . to wisdom of the world.. street smart people from whom there are proved things

- time has come to jettison that one needs to be rich to learn .. One need to be High IQ , Fabulous backgrounds.. Parallel methods to educated all .that anybody and every SADAK can be educated without SADAN and Shradda !

- Time to throw away high cost, sophesticated, exclusive methods of learning.. rather adopt expandable, simplistics, any where, any time, to any body learnable methods .

- Time  to despise the knowledge that is cooked by others, else where, processed orient, swadeshi, here and now, self picked up, self felt, more reliable, and  relevant grass roots knowledge..

-  Time to  break the  conventional equation for making the Gold medalists  as Day zero gulamees in to .. and create a  New barter.. Learning leading to  Enterpreneurhsip  and Learning leading to  Self Reliance, aapne pai pe apan kade ho na ! ... .. Why not ? If it can be .. !

-  Time to rethink that education does not need money but it can generate  real economic value by converting the sea of student effort, creativity, commitment,  talent  reaching raddee wala  as  tons of  evaluated answer sheets,  examined project reports,  corrected class assignments in to productive  experiences which will be yielding real currency value . ..  Turning Value out of Waste. ..  It is not CASH based but TRASH  based ! ..

Mandi is the simplest way to do all these paradigm shifts in one stroke .

The WORLD is in VOLUMES... It has Voume of problems . It needs Volume of solutions .



-- Pay back to the country..

- Barter.. learning and earning ..

Thinkong.. but Doing

Academia take to possibility .. dont waste

Volumes .. problems .. solutions . solvers

No discussion.. it is action .

Mandi is a moement by the students for the studetns
